I am a postdoctoral researcher based at the Drug Resistant Infections and Disease Dynamics group.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a research coordinator in Myanmar Oxford Clinical Research Unit (MOCRU) from 2015 to 2022. While working in MOCRU, I involved in a number of studies and trials ranging from survey to clinical trials. I have a broad interest in epidemiology of infectious diseases, antimicrobial use and antimicrobial resistance (AMR). 

I have a medical degree and completed Master of Public Health degree from the University of Melbourne. In 2023, I completed DPhil in Clinical Medicine investigating and defining empirical management of acute febrile illness in Myanmar.

I am currently involve in a project which aims to develop integrated clinical antimicrobial use/ consumption tools for both the primary health care and health facility settings that can be implemented at the national and local level.
