Phil Moody

Deputy Director of Finance and Operations

Following an initial academic career undertaking research and teaching in mathematics at Oxford and Ohio Universities, Phil has worked for IT solutions companies across a variety of roles including Operations Director, Director of Business Planning and Chief of Staff. Supported domains have included Government (UK and international), Telecommunications, Transport and EdTech.

He joined NDM in March 2023 as a Deputy Director of Finance and Operations (DDFO). DDFOs have delegated responsibility from the Directors of Finance and Operations for ensuring the effective provision of strategic and operational support to NDM Units, including the delivery of strategic projects.
