Email outstanding timesheets reminders for a grant

Choose the required grant from the dropdown.

  • Add a subject addition - the email subject will appear as "[OTTER] <Subject Addition> - <number of> outstanding timesheets - <number of> outstanding approvals". For example: "[OTTER] September update - 10 outstanding timesheets - 0 outstanding approvals"
  • Add a message addition - the message addition will appear after the employee's name and before details of the timesheets and approvals they have outstanding
  • Click 'Go'

An email is sent to each employee that is employed on the selected grant that has at least one outstanding timesheet or approval.

Email reminder of outstanding timesheets and approvals for an employee

Choose the required employee from the dropdown.

An email is sent to the selected employee if they have at least one outstanding timesheet or approval.

Monthly email reminder

On the first of each month an email is sent to each user of the system who has either outstanding timesheets or approvals awaiting their attention.
