Select the date on which you would like the resource by either selecting the date from the month-view calendars in the upper right, or from the drop-down lists at the top of the page.
Alternatively, you can use the View Day, View Week or View Month links at the bottom of the page to see an overview of existing appointments.
Note: using the Week or Month views will only show a single resource at a time, meeting rooms can be selected using the links that appear in the upper left. If rooms are separated into areas, these will also be displayed in the upper left corner of the page.

Existing appointments are shown as green blocks for internal meetings and blue for external. Left clicking on the title of an existing appointment will display additional details.
Hovering the cursor over a timeslot will highlight it in pink and left clicking on a start time slot will display the Add Entry screen with the selected start time.
Fill in the details of your meeting, remember to edit the duration and include a Brief Description which will be displayed on the booking. If your meeting overlaps with an existing booking a warning will appear, click on the back button on your browser to return to your booking details.
Alternatively, use the displayed links to view the existing appointment or return to the calendar view.
You can search for existing meetings using the Search box in the upper right corner. Typing a term and pressing enter will search the Creator, Brief Description and Description fields.
Alternatively, you can use the Report link to perform a more detailed search and compile booking reports based on rooms, users, dates etc.
You can edit an existing booking, provided you are the original creator, by clicking on the meeting title and using the Edit Entry link. You can also copy, or delete an entry from this page.
