Dr Kremlin Wickramasinghe, in connection with the Li Ka Shing – Oxford Global Health Programme was recently cited on the Li Ka Shing Foundation’s website commending the Global Health Science MSc and his LKS Scholarship:
“The Li Ka Shing scholarship allowed me to study the course I wanted at the University of Oxford and I personally believe it has been the best opportunity in my life. This course allowed me to learn key Global Health issues, develop my skills and to get international experience from my classmates and teachers and to establish contacts and collaborations with many key individuals and organisations. It provided me the foundation to initiate my career as an international healthcare worker.” (Sri Lanka).
The Department of Public Health, University of Oxford awarded Kremiln with a Li Ka Shing Scholarship to attend the MSc Global Health Science Course in 2008. His Scholarship falls under the Li Ka Shing Foundation - University of Oxford Global Health Programme run by Professor Jeremy Farrar, Tropical Medicine, Nuffield Department of Medicine.
