The campaign aims to celebrate the beauty of science through the lens of photography. Cancer Research UK look for photos that showcase research from the microcosm to the macrocosm, researchers in action and a wide variety of research environments – from lab work to research events.
Dr Matthew Bottomley, Clinical Career Development Fellow in Renal Medicine at the CAMS Institute Oxford, won for his image of a cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma infiltrating into the dermis.
