We were pleased to launch our newly developed Flexible Working Case Studies on Friday 8th March. NDM is actively encouraging the use of flexible working, where possible, as a way for staff to maintain a healthy work-life balance and provide a means for those needing to adapt their working pattern to successfully meet the demands of both the workplace and home life. Flexible working can take many different forms, including part time working, compressed weeks, shifted working hours, or home working. If flexible working is something you would like to consider, you may like to view our newly developed Flexible Working Case Studies page where some of our staff have shared their experiences, giving the reasons for adopting a flexible working pattern and explore some of the benefits and challenges that they have faced. This resource have been developed as part of our NDM Athena SWAN Action Plan, and in response to staff feedback.
