NDM Exit Questionnaire

The aim of this short exit questionnaire is to gather feedback on your experience of working for the Nuffield Department of Medicine. We invite you to be completely honest in your responses. Your feedback will be sent to your local HR team and to the Head of HR (NDM), but will not be kept on your personnel file. If you would like to arrange a meeting to discuss any of your comments, please contact your local HR team.
