Erica Ballabio
NDM Contracts and Information Governanace Manager
After working as a post-doc at the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine and then as a Research Contracts Manager in Research Services , Erica joined NDM strategic in August 2022. Working closely with the NDM Head of Research Delivery, she plays a role in developing and managing strategic agreements, including delivering a strategy to mitigate the risk of non-compliance on high-risk contracts. Erica is also responsible for the ongoing review and implementation of the NDM Information Governance Strategy, developing associated policies and training to ensure this area of governance is embedded within business as usual research activity.
