Head of Operations and Improvement
The role of Head of Operations and Improvement covers two distinct elements
- supporting the Associate Head of Department with the strategic operation of the Department's governance model by way of oversight of NDM Strategic Business Managers
- ensuring high service standards are maintained through a programme of continuous improvement.
Karen leads the development and delivery of the annual governance cycle across all support functions within NDM. She works closely with the two Directors of Finance & Operations, as well as NDM's Head of Finance and Head of HR.
Karen is responsible for creating an open, collaborative culture of change management as well as sharing lessons learned and best practice with the wider University.
