NDM Director of Operations (International)
Following an initial academic career undertaking research and teaching in mathematics at Oxford and Ohio Universities, Phil has worked for IT solutions companies across a variety of roles including Operations Director, Director of Business Planning and Chief of Staff. Supported domains have included Government (UK and international), Telecommunications, Transport and EdTech.
He joined NDM in March 2023, initially as a Deputy Director of Finance and Operations (DDFO). He is now one of NDM's Directors of Operations, focusing on units that have a significant international element
