Responsibilities include:
- The full learning cycle (HR) including specific HR training courses and briefing sessions for staff and managers
- Managing the administration of personal development reviews, including identifying training needs
- Supporting staff progression and recognition through the relevant University schemes; the Reward and Recognition schemes (monthly and annual), the annual Recognition of Distinction exercise and the University Research Lecturer and Associate Professor exercises.
